Julio Cesar Perez is the Founder and CEO of Glovenco LLC, a Central Florida-based real estate, mortgage, and business brokerage serving investors, business buyers, and international entrepreneurs pursuing opportunities in the U.S. market.

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the United States from his teenage years, Julio brings more than four decades of hands-on experience across the U.S. and the Dominican Republic. He has acquired, built, remodeled, operated, financed, and sold supermarkets, restaurants, commercial properties, and other businesses, giving him firsthand insight across the full investment lifecycle.

Having worked as an owner, operator, buyer, seller, and lender, Julio brings an unusually practical perspective to every transaction. He understands that successful deals require more than brokerage alone. They require sound judgment, strong structure, and a clear understanding of how businesses and investments operate in the real world.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he is especially known for advising foreign nationals, Latin American investors, and global entrepreneurs entering the United States, helping them navigate real estate acquisition, business purchases, entity structuring, and investment financing.

Julio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from New York University and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with NMLS credentials at both the individual and corporate level.
