Authorization to Contact You By Phone: You authorize Glovenco LLC, and any our affiliates, agents, partners, independent contractors and lenders, to contact you at any telephone number you provide to us or from which you place a call to us, or any telephone where we believe we may reach you, using any means of communication, including, but not limited to, calls or text messages to mobile, cellular, wireless or similar devices and calls or text messages using an automated telephone dialing system and/or artificial voice or prerecorded messages, even if you incur charges for receiving such communications. Authorization to Contact You By Other Means: You also agree that we and our affiliates, agents, partners, independent contractors and lenders, may also use any other medium, as permitted by law and including, but not limited to, mail, e-mail and facsimile, to contact you.

Authorizations: By signing below, each of the above listed business owner/officer (individually and collectively, “You”) authorize Glovenco LLC and each of its representatives, successors, assignees and designees (“Recipients”) that may be involved with or acquire financing including daily repayment features or purchases of future receivables including Merchant Cash Advance transactions, including without limitation the application therefor (collectively, “Transactions”) to obtain consumer or personal, business and investigative reports and other information about you, including credit card processor statements and bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, and from other bureaus, banks, creditors and other third parties. You also authorize Recipients to transmit this application form, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all of the Recipients for the foregoing purposes. You also consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to any of you, to Gloven Money and to each of the Recipients, on its own behalf.
